Wah Nobel (Pvt) Ltd

A JV company naming Wah Bofors (Pvt) Limited was established in 1962 in collaboration of WIL and SAAB Bofors, Sweden having shares equity ratio of 51.75% and 48.25% respectively for the manufacturing of commercial explosives. In 1986 the name of the company was changed as Wah Nobel (Pvt) Limited (WNL). In 2001, M/s Almishal, Saudi Arabia purchased 21% shares of the company from SAAB (Bofors).

Wah Brass Mills (Pvt) Limited

The company was established by WIL in 2012 to improve the quality and enhance the production of brass products to meet the requirement of the market in addition to the POF’s demand. Existing A-40 Brass Mills of POF has been transferred to Wah Brass Mills (Pvt) Ltd through WIL and has been refurbished/up-graded. Further modernize additional machinery has also been procured and installed and commercial operation has been started since Sept’2016.

Hi-Tech Plastics (Pvt) Ltd

HTP was established iby M/s Kangothen Industries and later on M/s Alam Chemicals (Pvt) Ltd (ACI) purchased the company and entered into a JV Agreement with WIL in 1985 with equity ratio 51:49 respectively and the management rights were with ACI. HTP was constantly running in loss and share break up value reduced to 20% of its par value i.e. Rs 2/- per share. as such in the year 2001 WIL acquired more shares of HTP converting equity ration 49:51 by ACI & WIL, respectively and management rights were shifted to WIL. In the first year of operation, all the accumulated losses were absorbed and a profit of Rs 2.117 million was earned and Rs 1/- per share was paid as dividend. Since then the company was running in profit. In the year 2015, expansion plan of HTP was approved but the co-partner M/s ACI was not ready for further investment.

Sanjwal Solar Power (Pvt) Limited
The company was Incorporated with SECP in 2011 as wholly owned subsidiary of WIL for installation of 5MW Solar Power Plant at POF Sanjwal on IPP mode. Later on J.Vs was signed in 2015 between WIL, Wah Nobel & HBKCS, China. Plant has been installed on Captive Power Project mode. Company started its business operation in January 2017.

Nobel Energy Ltd

The company was established in 2014 by Wah Nobel (Pvt) Ltd & Wah Industries Ltd with 50 : 50 equity ratio for installation of 1 MW Thin Film Solar Power Project. The plant has been installed and has also started its production since Feb’ 2016

Wah Construction (Pvt) Limited

Wah Construction (Pvt) Ltd (WCL) has been established for construction work in public section like FWO, NLC & Nespack. 100% shares of the company are held in the name of Wah Industries Limited. The company has been registered with SECP on 24-06-2016. The authorize capital of the company is Rs 500 million.

Wah Clothing (Pvt) Limited

To commercialize the present POF Clothing Fy in befitting manner, Wah Clothing (Pvt) Ltd was set-up in 2015 which is wholly owned subsidiary of WIL.
